  • 2 Winners selected

  • Arms/Legs only

  • Tattoo max 6”x6”

  • B/G or color

  • Tattoo must be anime/manga/gaming-related

  • Entries close on SUN, 08/30 at MIDNIGHT

  • Winners announced on MON, 08/31 at 12PM

  • Appointment date on FRI, 10/02 at Anime Ink Con in Richmond, VA
